Every expert after an initiating period to any specialty has to pass an external examination and to receive a suitable, confirming his knowledge and competences certificate.

This way the knowledge of our workers is verified.

Additionally, our workers deepen their knowledge regularly and train on external trainings. Thanks to such an approach, numerous titles and certificates of our knowledge and skills have been confirmed.

Certificates

Every AXACOM content - related and technical worker possesses the certificate from the Microsoft Dynamics AX System. The system engineers possess Microsoft, Cisco Systems and Dagmy certificates.

Titles 

• For good work for our customers and competence we received, in 2005, a special distinction - the title: The Competent Partner of Microsoft Business Solutions (Microsoft Dynamics)

• In 2007 we received a title: Gold Certified Partner together with the confirmation of our high competences in : Microsoft Business Solutions (Microsoft Dynamics), Date Management Solutions.
  This is the highest distinction of the Microsoft partnership net for the best firms of computer sector. The received status assures AXACOM the access to the newest technologies, the trainings, the knowledge base and the support from Microsoft. Thanks to this we can be more competitive on the IT market and have a possibility of a dynamic development.

• To meet the Leeds of small and average enterprises we decided to get additional competences in software solutions. Thanks to them AXACOM is the expert of Microsoft Small Business Specialist.

• We were invited by Higher Humanistic and Economy School to co-operate within the framework of its Business Assembly of Management Specialization. The Assembly brings together the owners, members of boards and representatives of the leading firms and administrative units of the Lodz region. With the help of its members the School wants to modify the programme of the management specialization. This way the School wants the graduates of the school to be prepared best to perform its occupation to meet the expectations of the employers, so that they possess high intellectual competences and social as well as practical skills. The members of the Business Assembly share their knowledge and experience with the students.
