The module of Production Account in real prices serves to achieve two main functions:

• Enumerating and attributing monthly department costs on productive units for individual orders.
  

The additional functionality in the module of production of the Microsoft Dynamics AX System enables to enumerate real monthly costs on productive units exact to a productive order.

In the next step, after accounting, the department costs are diminished or enlarged (depending on the planned bigger or smaller monthly isolated costs of a productive unit) by the difference from the total costs and costs already registered on the orders. The enumerated costs are attributed to individual orders and booked according to defined accounts in the module of production.

• Production Accounting in real prices.
  

The functional extending of the Microsoft Dynamics AX System enables to account the production in real prices. The department costs of a given month are distributed according to a divisional key and reentered on productive orders exact to individual orders of productive articles. The modification enumerates the percentage for productive orders, which they make up for individual orders registered and entered in the books direct costs (the groups of productive units for workers and RW for materials). The same percentage for a given order is enumerated from remaining department costs on the account and then reenters exact to this order on an indicated account in accordance with defined account decrees in the module of production.

• The control of costs of individual units, which allows to take decisions with regard to their utilizations – the data are accessible in the system
• The information about the margin of profit on individual articles exact to the orders directly in the module of Sale – practically impossible to obtain in external analyses

The modules for monitoring and vindication of due amount and reporting.

The functional widening of the Microsoft Dynamics AX System which enables to monitor due amounts, creates a set of unaccomplished invoices to the court and then controls their stages. Thanks to the fact that the change is based on the standard functionality of Urging System of Microsoft Dynamics AX we have a possibility to monitor a recipient from the first urging. There is a possibility to block the recipient according to an indicated time from the first urging. During passing on the due amount to court, (the change in system from the status of Registration to Execution) automatic transactions in a financial sheet are created to book the copies actualizing due amounts. The transactions in the moment of payment of due amount by a recipient are generated in a financial sheet.

The additional elements of modules are the following reports: the analysis of due amount, lists of invoices to court, the lists of due amount to firm Euler Hermes.

Blocking a warehouse to its operations.

The additional functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics AX System enables to block the store-house to warehouse operations in an indicated period. Starting this option causes that it is impossible to book any warehouse documents (Packing slip etc.) in an indicated period.

In a standard functionality of the system (without the above mentioned modification) the mistakes can appear in analytic financial sheets caused by booking documents of a warehouse in a period which was not allowed to book. Usually, after the end of an accounting period with regard to closing in the month in the Microsoft Dynamics AX System by a financial service, the financial period is still open.
