21 April 2009 in Lodz in Grand Hotel there was held another seminar of the system EURECA. The seminar was organised together with our partner and the producer of the system EURECA – Controlling Systems Co. The seminar was dedicated to the controllers and specialists responsible for planning and budgets of firms. The leitmotif of the seminar was: "How to master the budget and react on the changes at the times of great challenges? A summary of experiences from implementations of the system EURECA in Poland."

The participants of the seminar had the opportunity to acquaint with the following issues:

• Controlling in practice – basic needs of the users and the available information technology tools.
• A presentation of abilities of the controlling system EURECA from the perspective of the Financial Controller and the Manager of a partial budget.
• What means the implementation of a controlling system and how to prepare to this.
• A case study – the implementation of EURECA in a trading, production and service enterprise on the example of the firms: Osadkowski Ltd, Canal+ Digital Co., TORFARM Ltd, MGGP Ltd and Boleslaw Ltd.

03.2009 – we started the EURECA system in MAT Co.
